GroundBreaking of BAHAY NG ALUMNI

CIC Alumni Foundation, Inc. in coordination with Fund Development, Alumni and Promotions Office(FDAPO) conducted a groundbreaking of BAHAY NG ALUMNI last October 10, 2010 at the school premises of the College of the Immaculate Conception, Sumacab Este, Cabanatuan City.  The blessing was officiated by Rev. Fr. Richmond V. Nilo(CIC President). The said activity was attended by Alumni Officers, Alumni Scholars and Alumni.
BAHAY NG ALUMNI will be used solely for meetings, gatherings, other official functions and activities directly related to alumni affairs of the school and shall be the official office of the CIC Alumni Foundation, Inc. 
We are appealing for your generous support for the construction of Bahay ng Alumni. Let us join hands in this  undertaking and be part of the legacy.

CIC Job Fair 2010, Where Opportunity Meets Potential

The Fund Development, Alumni and Promotions Office hosted a Job Fair on April 23, 2010 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the CIC Magnificat Center.  It was opened to all CIC alumni and students seeking immediate emplyment. Our thanks to all the companies who participated.

Campaign for the High School Department Continues

CIC visited our friends south of Cabanatuan City to conduct a school campaign for the High School Department.  We visited Sta. Rosa Central School on March 8, 2010 with the permission of their principal Miss Maria Teresa F. Lugtu.  CIC's promotional video was presented to graduating elementary students and selected CIC High School students (Alessandro Bautista and Arvin Oliver Domingo) expounded on the merits of enrolling at CIC.

CIC visits Flowerlane Montessori Children's House

FDAPO in coordination with the High School Department conducted a school campaign at Flowerlane Montessori Children's House located at Del Pilar St., Cabanatuan City on March 2, 2010. FDAPO staff (Chester Sarte and Jowan Tatad) together with selected high school students (Alessandro Bautista, Arvin Oliver Domingo, Patricia Lao, Rod Kevin Talplacido and Abby Micael Wy) from the ESC class presented the CIC promotional video to graduating elementary students from Flowerlane and talked about High School life in CIC. Our thanks to Miss Lourina Pacot (Guidance Office) and Mr. Marvin Enovero (elementary teacher), both CIC alumni, for facilitating our visit. Our special thanks also to their principal Miss Marissa Yogore.

CIC College Open House

The Fund Development, Alumni and Promotions Office (FDAPO) in coordination with the Institute of Higher Studies (IHS), Institute of Health Sciences (IHSci) and Office of Student Personnel Services (OSPS) conducted an Open House last February 15-16, 2010 for graduating high school students from different schools around Nueva Ecija. The teachers and students who visited were from St. Rose of Lima (Sta. Rose, N.E.), San Agustin Diocesan Academy (Jaen, N.E.), St. Paul School (San Antonio, N.E.), Vincentian Catholic Academy (Zaragosa, N.E.), Putlod-San Jose National High School (Jaen, N.E.), Montessori of Jaen (Jaen, N.E.), Juan R. Liwag National High School (Gapan City), San Mariano National High School (San Antonio, N.E.) and St. John Nepomucene Parochial School (Cabiao, N.E.). They were given a tour of the college building and other school facilities. A program was also prepared for them which included career talks from the two institutes and OSPS and presentations from the CIC Chorale, Filipiniana Dance Troupe, Tropang Lambat and CIC Kings Pep Squad. The visiting schools were also given the chance to show off the talents of their students. The program was hosted by Phil Archie Dela Cruz.
